REVIEW: L'Oreal Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution & Velvety-Soft - Aimee

Bonjour. Ciao. Hola. Hello! #AimeesFirstBlogPost
So I'm just going to jump right into what I think about these two products from the Skin Perfection range by L'Oreal. I've heard a lot of people saying that the 3-in-1 Purifying Micellar Solution is a dupe for Bioderma however I am yet to try Bioderma to see if this is the truth. This product says that it '1.Dissolves make-up, 2.Unclogs pores and removes impurities and 3.Tones and soothes skin.' This product is also suitable for use on eyes, lips and face, its hypoallergenic and non fragranced.

It definitely removes make-up there's no doubt about that, but does it remove it well? I guess I could be really picky and say it doesn't remove all traces of mascara but in all honesty I haven't used a make-up removing product that does. My skin is in slightly better condition than usual recently and I can say its probably since I started using this so it must be unclogging my pores and removing impurities from my skin. In terms of toning and soothing my skin I think it does a good job at both, my skin always feels soft after using this.

I think overall this is a really good multi-purpose product and the price just makes it even better, at £3.29 a bottle I really can't complain, I will most definitely be repurchasing product, it's affordable and does what it says on the tin (well bottle).
The 'Velvety-Soft Toner' is a product I bought at the same time as the other yet I haven't used it half as much. It claims to remove impurities and reveal toned and silky-smooth skin, it does a good job of removing any access dirt from my face if I miss any when using the Solution however I don't agree that it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth, this product leaves my face feeling sticky and almost dirty. This toner is also has a fragrance to it which I was quite surprised by as its hypoallergenic, most products that are hypoallergenic that I have used are completely unfragranced and I know that fragranced skin care puts a lot of people off.

The price of this toner is £3.99 so similar to the micellar solution however I will not be repurchasing this product regardless of the price and I will be surprised if I finish it. I suppose sometimes you get what you pay for and for me this was one of those products.
